Who is ignorant now?

It seems like Filipinos supporting the United Nations Human Rights Council resolution are ignorant, as President Duterte insinuated in a news report on the first page of the Inquirer.

But we are in fact intelligent, and not as ignorant as he is when he said, “I will not answer a Caucasian asking questions, or [any] white man there. You must be stupid” (“Du30: ‘I won’t answer any white man’ questioning PH drug war,” 7/18/19).

Most of us are brown, but Filipinos are not stupid to express racist comments. So, why do we have an aggressive President who misrepresents us Filipinos by being racist? Obviously, we made a wrong choice for President.
