Another option to solve Edsa traffic

I want to present an option to President Duterte’s “impossible dream” of driving from Cubao to Makati in five minutes: strict application of both number and color coding of all private vehicles plying Edsa.

For example, no private white-colored vehicles should be allowed on Edsa every Monday, gray cars on Wednesday, black on Friday, etc. All cars, meanwhile, can use secondary streets near Edsa on any given day. The odd-even number scheme is still in effect, please don’t forget.

Car owners should instill self-sacrifice just to put an end to this perennial problem.

If we succeed with Edsa this way, we can succeed in all other “Edsa” anywhere!
