Panelo’s U-turn

Days ago, presidential spokesperson Salvador Panelo was cocksure the “matrix” containing the personalities supposedly complicit in the ouster plot against his boss was authentic, having come from no less than the President himself who supposedly has access to all intelligence reports he needs to confirm that such a plan was afoot.

Now this Palace jester is saying the President had nothing to do with the production of that “matrix.”  He merely got it from a “texter” who did not identify himself! What kind of lawyer is this who pretends to be an expert in law and is now called the President’s “chief legal counsel” and advises him on matters affecting our survival as a country?

Has he not resigned yet? Has he not lied enough?
