Fix leaking pipes, save water

We now have a full-blown water crisis across cities and the countryside, but we could have avoided this if only our leaders had the entrepreneurial instinct to anticipate this situation!

Water is not an infinite resource. If we cannot build more big-budget sources of it and add to the supply side, then we go to the other side of the equation, which is the demand side.

It’s a cheaper move, and the administration has the organization to do it — call on the people to save water. It can command its vast supporters to do earnest conservation work.

Go to buildings and offices and you will see pipes, bowls, faucets, etc. leaking 24 hours a day. Many careless users do not fix defective water systems in their homes.
