Why should an Australian care?

I’ve never had peace of  mind from the time I read Peter Wallace’s “The Philippines: where it’s at — politically” (11/1/18).

However, on second thought, what should we expect an Australian to think and feel toward President Duterte’s cruelty?

Even if a million poor Filipinos get killed without the benefit of a single search warrant, why should Wallace care?
