Natural choice as Roque’s replacement

It was a great, admirable, awesome decision to appoint lawyer Sal Panelo as presidential spokesperson to replace Harry Roque. His spin, that President Duterte was merely misconstrued on his admission that EJKs are his only crime because the President is a “Bisaya,” makes him the natural choice for the position.

Panelo is the only person I know who is capable of out-twisting erstwhile human rights lawyer Harry Roque in his self-serving, lame explanations of the President’s utterances and gaffes. The least believable among President Duterte’s Cabinet men is now chief communicator and apologist. Superb, fantastic, mind-boggling!
