Articulating the voice of Filipinos

/ 05:10 AM September 19, 2018

Allow me to commend “Hints and Symbols,” the column of Kay Rivera.

I always read her column. Whenever I have limited reading time, I see to it I read hers.

She articulates the sentiments of citizens like me — our observations, expectations, frustrations and more.

She voices out on behalf of meek, noble Filipinos like the Philippine General Hospital practitioners who speak with their works rather than with words.

She takes down privileged politicians (like Bong Go) and mediamen (like Ramon Tulfo) from their pedestals and places them in their proper positions.

To Kay Rivera, thank you, and we look forward to reading more of your very perceptive “Hints and Symbols.”
