Board exams’ No. 1s turn out to be topnotch Filipinos

It is gratifying to read that the topnotcher in this year’s medical board exams, Mark Onglao, has decided to practice his profession in the Philippines, particularly at the Philippine General Hospital (PGH).

In the same way the topnotcher in the licensure exams for nurses, Jomel Lapides, has also opted to serve in the Philippines and at the PGH, too.

These young men are showing us, especially the older members of society, that there are still people who think first of our country and our people instead of themselves.
