A Supreme Court decision is a decision, while that of the prosecution side or the defense side is only an opinion.
However, an honorable justice, judge or any lawyer for that matter who insists that in every legal issue there are only two sides, the wrong side and his side, also possesses a brain, which, according to some neuropsychologist, has also only two sides, the left side where there is nothing right and the right side where there is nothing left.
I guess we have to subscribe to the belief that only the truth can set us free or to jail.
