Reconsider Boracay closure

Dear President Duterte,

I am for you, President Duterte, but the closure of Boracay is not good for your administration.

The president of the European Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines said last February that “the government doesn’t need to close down Boracay to clean it up.”

How do cities fix their sewage problem? Cities cannot be closed just because their sewage system and other facilities are facing problems.

It is fervently urged that you reconsider the closure of Boracay. It is like killing the goose that lays the golden egg.
