Mabuhay, the new GSIS management! At last, the new management of the GSIS is now compassionate to its elderly pensioners. Thank you, GSIS president and general manager Vergara. I have received my refund, which I received within two weeks after the publication of my letter in this paper.
I had written to the GSIS through the Inquirer during the time of Winston Garcia. For two years I did not receive any answer.
