I have acknowledged full responsibility over the payment of P83,199.86 to be deducted from the proceeds of my last pay in the IC as has been arranged with Deputy Insurance Commissioner Dorothy Calimag.

On a personal note, I would like to share with you that the accident happened during my birthday in my desire to celebrate it with students of Paracale Elementary School in Camarines Norte through a three-day feeding program, distribution of school paraphernalia to students and used laptops to senior citizens’ groups. After recovery from my minor injuries, three days after the accident, I proceeded with the activity.
