A contest for best tourism ad

One has to be really blind not to see the similarities between McCann’s tourism ad and South Africa’s. Did Mccann in their “extensive” research not see the South African ad?

I suggest that the Department of Tourism sponsor an open competition among Philippine ad agencies, Fine Arts and Visual Communication students, professional artists and graphic designers.

For the winning concept/idea/ad copy, the prize should be P6.5 million or 10 percent of its budget.
