I cannot say for sure what is the real motive of the Maute group in attacking a government hospital in the city. One thing sure is, the Maute terrorists should all be condemned for the death and destruction they have caused.

Also known as Dawlah Islamiyah Philippines, the Maute group espouses hatred toward non-Muslims, boasts of loyalty to the Daesh/Islamic State, and waves the black IS flag as its revolutionary banner. It should not be allowed to thrive in Mindanao or elsewhere.
