On the path of lies

/ 12:00 AM April 13, 2017

Let not our people walk on the path of lies. It seems we are not being given an honest accounting of the actions of our public servants, either in their official or private lives.

And why is it that their domestic problems have become a national concern? The two “gentlemen” from Mindanao, both estranged from their wives, are flaunting their relationships with younger women. They should have been more discreet (instead of pa-macho, yabang). The sense of morality among these powerful people are a big dent on the armor of Christian values.

The young people of this generation deserve models, and those gentlemen from Davao should be “delisted.” Include their girl friends. We should not clap in approval of a situation where a married congressman attends public functions with his girl friend, while the real wife is a member of the congressional spouses’ foundation.
