Not deserving of any public office

The Commission On Appointments found Perfecto Yasay Jr. lying through his teeth about his US citizenship, thus rejected his appointment.

Does Yasay deserve any other public office? A public office is a public trust. It requires full and complete honesty and transparency by the public officer. Yasay has proved himself short of these.

President Duterte should seriously consider this fact if he is still minded to appoint Yasay to another government position.
