Give last bonus for 100-year-old seniors in 5 equal yearly tranches

I am writing for and on behalf of my mother Gregoria M. Singson, a retired grade school teacher, who is now 95 years old, as well as of similarly situated pensioners. There is a P100,000 bonus for them: P20,000 at age 90, P30,000 at 95, and another P50,000 at age 100.

To truly help those nearing their centenary, my proposal to the GSIS board is this: Few, we must admit, will reach 100 years old. Thus, instead of waiting for their 100th year here on earth, why not gradually give the remaining P50,000 in five equal yearly installments—P10,000 on their 96th year, another on their 97th and so on until they reach 100 for the last P10,000 installment.
