Vice President Jejomar Binay repeatedly reminds the public that he has beaten Interior Secretary Mar Roxas in a previous election. The Vice President considers his looming election fight with the secretary as a rematch.
In boxing (like politics), Manny Pacquiao was defeated by Tom Bradley and Erik Morales. But in a rematch, Pacquiao beat both Bradley and Morales.
It seems likely that in the coming elections, Secretary Roxas will crush Vice President Binay.
