It seems the Binays (father Jojo and son Junjun) consider themselves above the law. Refusing to respect the Ombudsman’s order and issuing a threat of a possible “misencounter” are unmistakable signs of arrogance.

Will the voters be fooled again in 2016? Heaven help the Philippines!
