Waiting for GSIS to reply

/ 12:22 AM July 24, 2014

Last June 27, I e-mailed the Government Service Insurance System to inquire if I was entitled to a little retirement benefit. I directed my query to the GSIS’ e-mail address indicated in its website. I said in my e-mail that I worked at the erstwhile Ministry of Public Information from July 1, 1976, to March 31, 1980, and that I am in possession of a Lifetime GSIS ID card on which it is stated  that I can “use it in all transactions with the GSIS including MEDICARE and Employment Compensation claims.”

Up to this day I haven’t received any response from the GSIS.
