‘Biggest’ in 2013 elections

The biggest winner in the 2013 elections is Grace Poe, because nobody saw it coming.

The biggest loser is Sixto Brillantes, but then, he had it coming.

The biggest no-show is Nancy Binay—absent at the debates, absent at her proclamation and, we hope, absent at Senate sessions for the next six years.
