DAR action on sugarland case
This is in response to the letter of George Arevalo Sr. (“Sugarland owner seeks DAR’s help,” Inquirer, 1/4/13).
We would like to inform him that we have followed up his concern with Executive Director Roland Manalaysay of the Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board. His case (DCN 13681-LV) will be decided soonest with a resolution already drafted and to be issued immediately. He can follow up with us a week after his receipt of the letter (dated Jan. 7) we sent him.
We would like to thank Arevalo for his feedback. We assure him that we will continue to monitor his case until it is finally resolved.
